Job Summary:
The Front Officer will act as the first point of contact for the organization, managing reception duties and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondences.
  • Provide information and support to customers.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Customer Service or an equivalent program.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.

General Conditions:

  • Tanzanian citizenship.
  • Age not above 30 years.
